Pat has practiced since 1981 in the areas of inpatient and outpatient adult alcohol/drug treatment, relationship issues and Employee Assistance Programs. He sees all case types within his practice with a special interest in alcohol and substance abuse issues. |

Donna Schmitz, MA, NCC, LPC
Donna earned a master’s degree from Liberty University. She previously worked in private practice as a clinical therapist. Donna is passionate about helping people and has a special interest in counseling couples and families in crisis; parenting issues; communication and conflict resolution. In addition she has extensive experience in stress, depression, grief, divorce care, anger management, work/career related issues and finances/budgeting. |

Kadihjia earned her master’s degree in Community Counseling from UW Oshkosh. She previously worked in private practice as a clinical therapist. She has extensive experience in providing short-term, direct crisis intervention, long-term advocacy and counseling to individuals. |
