Extending Our Mission Around the Globe
A Message from Carrie Hankes, VP of Mission and Learning Services
At Affinity Health System, we believe in a world in which every human life is valued and quality health care is available to all. Providing you opportunities to fulfill this vision is the driving force behind GiveBack IMPACT and our global efforts in Peru.
Rooted in the healing ministry of Jesus Christ, IMPACT Peru works collaboratively with the Alto Cayma Clinic in Arequipa, Peru, to provide quality health care programs and services to poor and underprivileged individuals. Together, we facilitate the transfer of education, knowledge and medical innovation to the local population in hopes to build a better world.

How you can participate
Monetary donations are needed to help sustain the clinic. Your donation can help pay for maintenance for the existing clinic, daily supplies (like gloves, disposable needles, etc.) and support education programs offered through the clinic. To donate directly to the Alto Cayma Clinic, visit www.hbint.org. Checks or online donations should be directed to the "Alto Cayma Community Special Needs Fund."
Donations to the Christian Foundation of Children and Aging (CFCA) provide assistance to the needy children and aged of the world, giving them dignity and life. Through CFCA you are able to adopt a family, direct funding to a program in Arequipa, and contribute to a general fund for the area. http://www.cfcausa.org/ Any checks sent for special need projects (and any donations made on-line; as PayPal has a section at the donation site that allows a person to free-text a line for “how the money is to be spent”; see: http://www.hbint.org/donate/money.php) should be made to the “Alto Cayma Community Special Needs Fund.”
