Lifeline Home Monitoring

Personal Response Service

Affinity Health System offers Lifeline, an easy-to-use personal response service. Older adults living at home in Northeast Wisconsin can summon quick assistance whenever they need it – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Easy to Use

When you need help, just press your waterproof Personal Help Button pendant or wristband. A caring, certified Lifeline team member will respond within seconds. The friendly Lifeline staff has instant access to your health history, so they can assess the situation and summon appropriate help. Help could be a neighbor, relative or ambulance – whatever you need.

Simple Installation and Testing

We’ll come to install and educate you on the system, and we’ll conduct periodic test calls to make sure everything works properly.

Not Just for Emergencies

Lifeline isn’t just for emergencies. This helpful service also lets you answer the telephone without rushing to grab a handset, as well as get help with other non-emergency questions. Move freely around your home or yard with peace of mind, because help is as close as the push of a button.

Lifeline can also serve as a speaker phone that tells you the date and time. The handset is adjustable for the hard of hearing. You can even program Lifeline to remind you when it’s time to take medication or complete other important tasks.

Costs

You don’t need to buy any special equipment or make a long-term commitment to Lifeline. Installation costs just $40, and monthly service is $33 – only about one dollar per day. If you’re a member of our Passport 55 program (link), installation is free.

Successful History

Affinity’s history with Lifeline stretches more than 20 years and includes hundreds of satisfied users in Northeast Wisconsin. The Lifeline staff attends yearly national conferences and in-services to learn about the latest Lifeline advances.
